Once you decide to
have your surgery
performed at Eye
Surgicenter, a date
and time are
scheduled at your
convenience. Every
effort is made to
accommodate your
schedule. Before
surgery, an
appointment is made
to explain in detail
what to expect and
to deliver
instructions for
pre-operative and
post-operative care.
We want our patients
to be as informed as
possible about their
surgery. You are
encouraged to ask
any questions and
there is always a
staff member
available to help.
Insurance:
To help control
costs for our
patients, Eye
Surgicenter sets its
surgical fees based
on Medicare’s
allowed charges.
We
are Medicare and
Blue Cross/Blue
Shield participating
providers.
It has been our
experience that
patients carrying
both Medicare and
secondary coverage,
and having paid
their yearly
deductible, usually
have no
out-of-pocket
expenses after
surgery.
Finance:
There are several
payment options
available. We
accept Cash, Check,
Mastercard, or Visa.
For surgical
procedures, we also
offer financing
through two third
party vendors:
Capital One
and
Chase Health Advance.
With these plans, you can
select a monthly payment that
fits within your budget. These
third party vendors even offer
0% finance options for those who
qualify! The application process
is fast and confidential. Please
